Please refer to the project agreement for the applicable timeframe within which refund requests must be submitted.

1.3 Grounds for Refunds: Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with our Services due to significant deficiencies or failures on our part, and we are unable to resolve the issue to your reasonable satisfaction.
  • Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from using our Services effectively, and we are unable to resolve the technical issue within a reasonable time frame.
  • Service Unavailability: If our Services are temporarily or permanently unavailable, and we are unable to provide an acceptable alternative.

1.5 Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable:

  • Services provided beyond the refund request period.
  • Customized or personalized services.
  • Services purchased from third-party vendors or through resellers.

1.6 Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel a service or subscription, please contact our customer support team at contact@lailen.com. The cancellation will be effective as of the date of your request.

2.2 Pro-rated Refunds for Cancellation: For services billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or yearly subscriptions), you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the service period, if applicable.

2.3 Non-Cancelable Items: The following items are non-cancelable:

  • Services purchased from third-party vendors or through resellers.
  • Services that have already been delivered or completed before the cancellation request.

Lailen reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Policy on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgement and acceptance of the updated Policy.
