Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes hereunder shall be resolved in the applicable state or Guwahati High Court Mizoram Branch. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of process by mail, and waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available

Lailen may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Software Products after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Terms.
